FAQ
What kind of issues does Gnizdo catch?
Stock mismatches, price drift, missing listings, delayed updates, and stale-channel freshness gaps across connected channels.
Does Gnizdo change inventory automatically?
No. Gnizdo does not auto-sync or change inventory across channels. It gives you a detection-first view of mismatches, price drift, freshness gaps, and delayed updates so you can review the affected channel before they turn into refunds or bad reviews.
What happens after I request an inventory risk review?
You submit your store details, we review fit manually, and send next steps. If GNIZDO is a fit, guided beta onboarding may follow.
How long does beta review take?
Usually a few days. We onboard gradually to keep detection accurate.
Which platforms are supported right now?
WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify.
What data does GNIZDO pull?
For a risk review, we ask for the store and platform details needed to understand where inventory can drift. During guided beta onboarding, GNIZDO pulls channel signals such as SKU, stock, price, listing status, freshness, and channel status so mismatches can be reviewed with evidence.
Where is data stored?
GNIZDO stores submitted review details and builds a local read model from connected channel observations during beta onboarding. The purpose is mismatch, freshness, price drift, and overselling-risk review, not hidden automation.
Is this GDPR/security safe?
The landing and review flow is intentionally minimal: no payment details, no platform passwords, and no automatic cross-channel changes. If you have GDPR or security-specific requirements, review fit and onboarding details before connecting channels.
What if I have 5,000+ SKUs?
Tell us in the review request. Larger catalogs may need staged onboarding, priority SKU groups, or a focused review around the riskiest channels first.
How is this different from Linnworks, Sellbrite, or Cin7?
Those tools are broader operations or sync suites. GNIZDO is a detection-first inventory truth layer: it surfaces mismatch, stale data, price drift, freshness, and overselling-risk evidence so a human can review before acting.
Is it free during beta?
Beta participants get early access, guided onboarding, and advance notice before any paid plan starts. Access is limited to selected stores that complete onboarding and share product feedback.
